If you are planning to stay near the venue on the night of our wedding, then there are a few options in and around Bicester. There are also many self-catering options and airbnb’s around Stratton Audley and the Cotswolds. Travel
If you are planning to drive to the venue, then there is a free car park that guests can use. Cars can be kept at the venue overnight but will need to be collected by 11am the next day (Saturday 15th August). If you require taxi services to / from the venue it is essential that you pre-book them. There is limited phone service at the venue so it will be difficult to book a taxi home on the day. When do I need to to RSVP. by?

Can we bring our children?

While we would love to celebrate the day with all the members of your family, our wedding day will be an adult-only event. We want to make sure everyone can have a relaxed and happy time.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Our wedding ceremony will be held indoors but we are planning for some of the wedding day to be held outside in the courtyard (weather dependent!).
What is the dress code?

Our dress code is semi-formal / cocktail. Ties and hats are optional. We would love to see some bright and summery colours.
Is there parking at the venue?

Our wedding breakfast and paella food truck have vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. Please let us know if you have any other allergies or dietary requirements that we should know about.
Are phones allowed?

We kindly request that you refrain from using mobile phones during the ceremony (even to take pictures!) but please feel free to use your phone as much as you’d like over the rest of the day.
